# Operation procedures

**Proposal**

**Basic requirements:**

▬ Able to achieve a particular goal that is considered beneficial (such as establishing of a new area for certain types of game records);

▬ Resource collaboration is usually required;

▬ Funds are usually required;

▬ Led by an initiator and a team willing to devote their time (executed by specific members);

▬ Results could be quantitatively measured, etc.

**Vote**

Discuss a project or idea and collect opinions regarding the level of acceptance. For example:

*▬ What is our next move? (e.g., when to establish the new area);*

*▬ Would members be interested in an event or activity? (e.g., how to engage new users);*

*▬ Determining future changes and periodic adjustment plans, etc.*

 

**Soft consensus**

  It Usually comes in an informal form, such as using emojis to express opinions in Discord posts, thereby forming suggestions or voting drafts. For example:

*▬ Measure members' contribution to the DAO and announce the names;*

*▬ Whether proposals need to be further checked and revised;*

*▬ Whether the timetable should be changed due to upcoming holidays*

 

**Hard consensus**

  Proposals or projects that concern greater issues or require funds need to go through all the steps before obtaining funds and being implemented.

**Vote**

  Voters connect their wallets to the specified protocol and use $SISU to vote. The number of tokens they hold reflects the weight of the vote, for example:

*▬ Total $SISU used to vote: 1000000 $SISU*

*▬ Number of tokens held by a voter: 1000 $SISU*

*▬ Resulting voting weight: 0.01%*

 

**Form managerial decisions**

  Voting results are automatically generated by the DAO protocol according to the voting weight and the number of participants, forming managerial decisions
